TruTac, the software and tachograph experts had an exceptionally busy stand at this year’s Coach and Bus Live. The all new TruTime which replaces their previous TAS product went down a storm with existing and prospective customers.

Their re-launched TruControlPSV with its various new features and 10 new reports was also well received. Since launching the first tachograph analysis system specifically designed for PSV fleets in 2014 they’ve significantly enhanced the product. The system provides more than just tachograph analysis. It is a complete compliance, driver management and debriefing system.

TruControlPSV was selected by the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) to be the system of choice for their CPT Tacho Analysis service. They selected the system because of unique features such as attestation letters, the twelve day rule and fully customised reports with company specific logos and branding.

TruTac’s all new TruTime system uses digital driver tachograph cards to clock in and out and seamlessly integrates tachograph data. This removes the need for manual time sheets and validates tachograph information against time and attendance records; giving accurate wage costings and simplifying agency driver management.

TruTime’s many features include dashboards, alerts and reports to highlight key areas such as late employees, missed clocking’s and wage reports.
